Proposed 117,500 SF expansion of an existing 100,435 SF manufacturing facility on 21.0 acres along Wilson Road in
Mebane, NC. Expansion includes additional parking area and storm pond. Work will consist of fine grading, utility installation,
building construction, and paving/landscaping along with all required appurtenances.
