Check for$600 Proiect Description Starco Investments, LLC is in the process of developing the 2.42-acre tract on 16'h St. NE (PIN 3713- 1564-3948) in Hickory, NC. The development will consist of 28 2-13R duplex townhomes on a single dead-end street. Water and sewer services will be provided by the city of Hickory. Currently the site is undeveloped and wooded. The wastewater will be domestic wastewater estimated 4,200gpd based on 28 units x 213R x 75 gpd/BR. All construction will be new. The sewer design complies with the Gravity Sewer Minimum Design Criteria. The project will be constructed in two (2) phases. Phase 1 will serve 12 units and consist of approximately 200 feet of 8" DR-35 PVC and three (3) new 4-ft. manholes. The main will tie into an existing manhole on the north side of the property. An existing 6-inch service from the adjacent property to the south runs north across the property and ties into the existing manhole. Phase 2 will serve 16 units and consist of approximately 490 feet of 8" DR-35 PVC pipe and four (4) new 4-ft manholes. The main will tie into an existing manhole on the west end of the property. The service noted above will be replaced and lowered during the Phase 2 construction to address utility conflicts. I greatly appreciate the assistance with the project. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Dan Shabeldeen, P.E.
