Inspection Summary:
Visit was made to facility on 8/12/2024, met with ORC Gary Davenport.
All necessary paperwork, reports, data/analyses, etc. were available and ready for review.
This facility is a filter backwash system with an infiltration basin, and has a flow of less than 10,000 GPD--so, a flow meter
for facility is not required, and flow is calculated otherwise.
The basin area looked good with no overgrowth/weeds and were well-kept/mowed.
Lagoon levels were good (approx. 3ft)despite recent rain/tropical storm Debby from previous week. Along with other
facilities, operator was told that in the event of high freeboard because of rain/etc, the dept. must be notified so levels can be
recorded, and he agreed to do this in the future.
All parts of facility(other than ground wetness from heavy rains)were in great condition and no other items were noted.
