Discharge consists of stormwater collected in bermed secondary containment areas for
surface bulk storage tanks with gravity flow and discharge control valve. Tank loading
rack area gravity flows to oil/water separator, and it is pumped to two holding tanks
(downstream of separator), routed through the air stripper/carbon adsorber shed, and
discharge control valve. The following processes/industrial areas are exposed to storm
water: truck loading rack, vapor recovery unit, pump manifold, and tank farm.
