This email is to notify you that your request to modify coverage under COC No. NCC242540 for the
project Flemingfield Reserve Phase 1 was not approved for the following reason:
The permittee listed is Land Acquisition and Development Services, LLC, not Starlight Homes North
Carolina, LLC.A modification must be submitted by the Permittee. If this project has been transferred by
sale, the new owner(Starlight Homes) must apply for their own permit. Once the new COC is obtained,
the existing owner(Land Acquisition and Development Services) may submit a Notice of Termination and
provide the new owner's COC to verify coverage by another responsible party.
We will migrate to a new system in mid-November that will allow Ownership transfer of NCG01 COCs.
You could elect to wait for that, but in the meantime, Land Acquisition and Development Services, LLC
would be responsible for compliance with the NPDES construction permit at the project site.
