Failure to do so may subject the permitteee to a Notice of Violation fines, and/or penalties. Piezometers were placed in the irrigation fields to determine water quality . Total Dissolved Solids and Chlorides were determined to be naturally high in this area. Sprinkler heads were purposely capped off near monitoring well #1 as instructed by Jim Barber (Regional Engineer) to see if the nitrate level will change in the well. An anoxic pond was put in place to reduce nitrates. 8 The Person completing this portion (GW-59A) of the monitoring report should sign below and submit this form with GW-59 forms for required wells to the address provided at the top of the current GW-59 form.
