Good Morning Bethany,
Please find attached the most recent receipt from Pace Labs;the analysis of ZF Newton's stormwater samples are still on
delay due to the hurricane Helene. Please find below the actual message from Mr. Hooks concerning the delay. Our
samples were taken on 9/27/2024 and I have asked Tyriek to please fulfill the 3rd quarter test results as soon as possible.
Our reporting to the DEQ will be completed once we have received the results.

I hope you're doing well and stayed safe during the storm!
Unfortunately,due to devastation around the Asheville lab from the results of Hurricane Helene and the lab still working
towards being back to full function, the TSS samples on the attached projects wasn't able to be analyzed within the holding
time requirement. Would you like us to analyze this out of hold and qualify the final report accordingly or did you need to re-
collect this sample?
Please note, we are currently working on re-routing the samples that are in house, however it may be an additional 2 weeks
before we see final data for this project. Please bear with us as we work through this challenging time and please don't
hesitate to reach out should you have any questions. Thanks!
