For your -records please find attached our inspection report. It is our opinion that the City is in compliance with permit conditions. The record keeping for your land application program is satisfactory and once the proposed computerized program is implemented, even better records.can be maintained to assure environmental integrity. Comments Section I (2) Section I (5) Section I (6) Section I (8) Section II (1) Section II (5) Section II (7) X All acreage is privately owned and access is controlled by the property owner Sludge analysis is performed by.private laboratory Sludge is composited daily during hauling periods and is analyzed once the land area on which the sludge is being applied is completed All sites are -flagged for proper buffer distances,=prior to application All crops are utilized as animal feed Once the land has sludge applied, soils are sampled and the appropriate lime is added in accordance with soil report recommendations As stated in Section I (8) the City flags the acreage to assure required buffer criteria Section III (2) Records are satisfactorily kept and Mr. Howard Revels indicates that the City of Lumberton will purchase a computer program to even better manage this portion of their sludge program. Section III (6) Mr. Howard Revels is the operator in responsible charge and is a grade III operator
