The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificates of Coverage (CoCs) under
General Permit NCG520000. We do not object to either request.
Pursuant to approval of this action by the Mooresville Regional Office, NPDES CoC NCG520107 and
NCG520115 are hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit files
for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply
for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only
notification you will be sent regarding the CoC rescissions. No hard copy will be mailed.
