Dear Ms. Wilmer,
Per the Notice of Violation for Northview MHP; daily maximum for Coliform, Fecal
exceeded the daily maximum because the tablet chlorination feeder had become clogged
due to a chlorine tablet that had become lodged in the feeder. The tablet feeder has since
been working correctly with no issues.
