Good morning,

This email is acknowledgment that your Fast Track Sewer Extension Certification for
Dillsboro RV River Park (WQ0044845) has been received by the Asheville Regional Office
on 10/17/2024. Per Session Law 2024-49 Senate Bill 166 (Section 4.3), after construction
of the sewer system is completed, and within 14 days of receiving all necessary
certifications from a professional engineer that the sewer system extension complies
with all applicable rules and Minimum Design Criteria, the Commission shall issue a
receipt of certification. While Division staff may review the certification submittal in the
future and reach out with any questions, by certifying the project, the signatory
Professional Engineer has indicated that it complies with all applicable permit
requirements, State and Federal rules and the Minimum Design Criteria for the
permitting of Fast Track Sewer Extension projects and has submitted all required
supporting documents. Preliminary review of the submittal has found the certification
to be complete. The certification has been placed in our Laserfiche Document
Management System under the permit number.
