Mark Hawes is working with Trinity Consultants, and they have a client who is Volvo. Volvo has purchased the
former Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) in Cleveland County, NC.
On 10/14/24,the facility has a release of approximately 600 gallons of low pH process wastewater. The pH was 5-
5.2 All material was contained on site and none was discharged.
Mr. Hawes reported the issue as per stormwater permit requirements.
