required per 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2)0).Please ensure that the proper pages of the O&M Agreement are Loaded in by clicking on the"Click to Load Forms"line after the low-density area
is indicated.If you have any questions regarding this process,please reach out.
Per Division policy,this review of this application was to be the final review.However,as the outstanding item is relatively straightforward to address,an additional submission is being
granted.Failure to provide the requested information will result in the project being returned as incomplete.The return of a project will necessitate resubmittal of all required items,including
the application fee.An additional submission beyond this one will not be granted.
Please provide one hard copy and one electronic copy of any items needed to address these comments,unless specified otherwise.
