Apologies for any confusion regarding the BUA for the project. We are now showing 7.50
acres of onsite impervious and 0.25 acres of off-site impervious (Please note that you will
not see this off-site impervious on plan sheets-we accounted for it being impervious in lieu
of an agreement with the adjacent properties regarding limits of their BUA). Hence, we
have allocated 3,150 sf per lot (204,750 sf of impervious in the lots/65 lots) and will be
showing no future built upon area. This has been corrected on the documents that you
have been provided for this resubmittal.
1. The narrative has been revised to show 7.75 ac for the total drainage area (7.50 ac
on-site and 0.25 ac off-site).
2. Application
a. Section IV,10
i. The application now shows a total of 204,750 sf BUA for the on-site
lots.
ii. There will be no future impervious area allocations. This section has
been denoted as 0 sf.
3. Supplement- EZ
a. Drainage Area Page
i. I have removed the reference to future bua in the additional
information column. Information is consistent with application and
plan sheets.
b. Wet Pond Page
i. Revised to be 84 in (907-900*12) and 78 in (907-900.5 *12),
respectively. Please note that I am also resubmitting sheet SWM 5 to
make the bottom of forebay elevations evident to the reader.
ii. See above.
4. Plans
a. Sheet SWM 4 and SWM 5 are being resubmitted due to typos/clarifications
on plan sheets. SWM 4 had the incorrect drainage area- now revised to 19.56
ac. See previous comment for information regarding SWM 5.
5. 0 & M Agreement
a. Revised to 908.75. Apologies, I originally assumed that you were looking for
the 100-yr storm elevation.
