additional time maybe requested if you have not received the final AJD approval. Please provide any updated

Good morning Sue, hope you are well. In reference to the Division's Request for Additional Information,
the applicant received the below email notification from Matt Martin with the US Army Corps on Monday,
October 7th:
"This is the most recent update on the pending AJD request. As of Friday, the Corps was notified that EPA
and OASACW (Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army- Civil Works) have mutually agreed to extend
the HQ coordination timeframe for this draft AJD SAW-2015-00471 from October 4, 2024, to January 3,
2025."

In light of this delay and the need to thoroughly respond to both the DWR and USACE RFAI pending the
outcome of this AJD, the applicant requests an extension until February 14th, 2025 in order to provide a
complete response to the Division's RFAI.
