This .certification is being issued to .modify Attachment. B for the' addition of 438.50 acres of
agricultural land to. the -current: program, the deletion of 502.80. acres of agricultural 'land. for 'a new
approved total of 1289.20 (all in •Robeson, County) acres in this Residuals Land Application program. The
'438:50 _acres of additional land is comprised of the following (descriptions and totals` based on
information in report-dated.;2 June 2006 'by' Synagro, Inc. and site observations on 1-8. July 2006 by
Fayetteville -Regional staff):
