Thanks for the notification'of application on the new fields in the-Lumberton.land application
program, based;upon our phone conversation on Thursday afternoon 8 November 2007. This
notification will be placed in the Fayetteville office files for verification that Synagro provided notice
prior to application. Joel Shields may try. to visit this week during the application event. I'ni copying
this email to Joel Shields so he can make contact with you or the application manager (Rudy
Collins??) during the week to see which field(s) that Synagro is applying to;

This notification is in accordance with Section I.10 of permit number WQ0000672, which states:
"The appropriate local governmental official (i.e., county manager; city manager, etc.) _shall be
notified at least 24 hours prior to the initial residuals land application. event to any new Jand
application site".
