All fields visited have access controls in the form of FORM: APSARRCityof-umbertonWQ0000627Feb2013.doc 7 AQUIFER PROTECTION SECTION REGIONAL STAFF REPORT fencing, gates and/or cables that limit access to the land application areas All fields visited had a cover crop of wheat for row crop farming or winter rye in most cases for bermuda pastures if residuals were to be applied The.following items were discussed with Synagro representatives during the site visit to all farms proposed to be added in this modification: A. Field NC-RO-21-06 owned by Lacy Cummings is currently in the Porter Sceintific land application program. This was brought to the attention of Synagro during the site evaluation meeting Synagro will provide amendedamended documents to remove this field from consideration; B. The Robeson County GIS indicates that a small portion of field NC-RO-20-07 is owned by another entice called TAYLCO Incorporated (see attached GIS map) This company doesn't exist in the Sec of States office filings. Synagro will contact Ronald Hammond to verify this discrepancy; C. In the permit application, Synagro has a buffer map for a field identified as NC-RO-20-11 owned by Ronald Hammond and additional information in the Landowner Agreement Form LOA-08-11 identifying additional fields NC-R0-20-12 & 13. According to Synagro fields NC-RO-20-11 12 & 13 are not going to be in the City of Lumberton permit, but will be submitted as fields for the PWC land application program in the near future The buffer map and landowner agreement pages will be corrected and re -submitted for the Lumberton application.
