corrected Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0003626 issued on March 9, 2023.
The correction to the subject permit is as follows:
1. The Division has revised the annual hydraulic loading rate for Field J -10 from 51 inches/year
to 91 inches/year.
Please replace Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0003626 issued on March 9, 2023, with the
enclosed corrected Attachment B.
