Private Sanitary Sewer Extension
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is located on an approximately 0.749 acre tract in Guilford County, City of
High Point, NC. The purpose of the project is to construct a total of 12 (2 bedroom) town
homes for sale with associated paved parking lot including extension of existing water
and sewer service. The proposed water and sewer extensions will be privately owned and
maintained. The Proposed private sanitary sewer system will consist of 8" Gravity Sewer
serving 12 town home units. The allocation is based on a flow rate of 75 gallons per day
per bedroom for a total flow allocation of 1,800 GPD.
SITE DESCRIPTION
The site consists of 0.749 acres more or less, this site is vacant and located within the
core limits of The City of High Point.
ADJACENT PROPERTY
Land use in the vicinity is a mix of single residential, town homes and retail/commercial
uses. The site fronts along Rockspring Road north of W Lexington Ave and west of N
Main St.
