Wilmington,NC 28405 Subject: State Stormwater Permit SW8 190102—Minor Modification Fisher Landing Villas(Formerly West Eleventh Street Multifamily) City of Southport,Brunswick County Mr. Pusey, The builder, H&H Homes, has requested site plan revisions for the Fisher Landing Villas Townhome community located on West Eleventh Street, at the intersection with Caswell Ave. This revision is being requested to accommodate desired building footprints for units 6-8, 20-23, and 24-28 on the approved plans. The proposed footprints require an additional 8' of building depth to make the unit dimensions 30' wide by 58' deep. These units will still include patios, but they will be encompassed within the revised building footprints proposed. The patios on remaining units were previously proposed to be 10' by 15'. The architectural plans for these 24' wide by 68.5' deep units indicate that constructed patios will be a maximum 8.5' by 12.5'. As such, Cape Fear Engineering has revised the impervious calculations for the site to reflect the reduced patio size and building expansion for applicable units. The table below shows the impervious allocations for the site as initially approved, along with the revised allocation for the revisions being requested.
