Modifications to the subject Attachments are as follows: ➢ The correction of the hazardous characteristics monitoring frequency from “Once per permit cycle” to “Annually” for the Town of Clayton Little Creek WRF (Permit No. NC0024543) and the Onslow Water and Sewer Authority North Topsail WWTP (Permit No. WQ0005849) based on a February 29, 2024, correction request. ➢ The addition of new land application area in Duplin County, including fields TT-1 and TT-2 and Fields 11 and 12, totaling 88.36 acres. The modified Attachments A and B are effective from the date of certification until June 30, 2027, shall replace Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0030998 issued on May 3, 2021, that were previously certified on March 24, 2023, and February 27, 2024, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations therein, as well as those specified in the above-referenced permit. Please replace Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0030998 that the Division certified on March 24, 2023, and February 27, 2024, with the modified Attachments A and B. The Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than January 1, 2027. Mr. Eric R. Class B non-biological residuals are exempt from meeting the pathogen and vector attraction reduction requirements in Condition IV.5, pro vided the Permittee does not mix them with residuals generated during the treatment of domestic wastewater, the treatment of animal processing wastewater, or the biological treat ment of industrial wastewater. The Permittee shall treat and process Class B non-biological residuals in a manner as not to meet the definition of “Biological Residuals” as defined in 15A NCAC 02T .1102(6). 6. Monitoring frequencies are based on the actual dry tons applied per year using the table below unless specified above.
