In accordance with the signed mitigation banking instrument and corresponding approved Bank Parcel
Development Plan, Restoration Systems submitted an As-Built Report on June 17th, 2024 with a revision date of

September 25 to the Division of Water Resources (DWR) for the Saints Delight bank parcel (DWR ID#:
20211037v2) for review and approval. By copy of this correspondence, this As-Built Report has been reviewed and
is approved. Once DWR receives a monitoring bond per the requirements of the mitigation banking instrument,
then DWR can proceed with the issuance of a credit release for Task 3. The performance bond that DWR currently
has on file is attached to this email and is no longer required.
