I am writing this letter to request NCA231152 to be changed to a general permit in the State of NC. I
thought this would be a good time to make this request as I am applying for a Digester Permit for Hog
Pack # 1. Over the last several years I have made several improvements that I believe would allow you to
grant this request.
• Added approximately 80 acres of additional spray fields with a pivot
• Installed water control structures along existing ditches
• Purchased air way equipment that would allow for irrigation in areas that are outside of the
pivot coverage area
• Been compliant on every inspection since purchasing the farm
