Inspection Summary:
Site visit conducted in response to a Rescission Request received on 7/8/2024 by the new facility owner, Foss Recyclying
to determine the status of the two outfalls on the facility grounds.Met with Amanda Brown, Public Relations and Gil Parker,
Site Manager. The outfalls were observed and it was determined that Outfall 1 was still a legitimate outfall discharging to
off-site property, adjacent to the railroad track. Outfall 2 was filled in and will no longer need to be monitored.Regional office
staff recommends proceeding with current permit coverage, not rescinding it, under NCG200000. Stormwater Central Staff
were notified about this information on 9/5/2024.
