Inspection Summary:
Site was visited on 9/4/2024 and inspected with current ORC Doug Niemond and soon -to -be ORC Tyndall Hunter.
All records/reports/data analyses were available for review on site.
An Operation and Maintenance Plan has not been established for the site, but ORCs agreed to have one completed, as well
as keep up with records regarding all opertations and maintenance of facility in an official log. ORCs were also notified that
any/all records for residual removal (if done in future) are required as well.
Testing and calibration of metering and irrigation equipment need to be completed, which ORCs agreed to do before the end
of the year.
Lagoon area was in great condition with a freeboard of 45in, and spray field also looked good.
Everything on site and around facility was very well -kept and ran smoothly.
