Box I I I Statesville,NC 28677 Subject: Pretreatment Review Industrial User Pretreatment Permit Modifications for PFAS Program: City of Statesville Wastewater Treatment Plant: Fourth Creek WWTP NPDES#: NCO031836 Iredell County Dear Ms.Johnson: The Municipal Unit of the Division of Water Resources has reviewed the Industrial User Permit(IUP)modifications for PFAS submitted by the City of Statesville for the following Fourth Creek WWTP Significant Industrial Users (SIUs). The submission was received 09/06/2024 through 09/13/2024. SIU# SIU Name 4003 PAUMAC Tubing,LLC 4014 DENSO Manufacturing North Carolina, Inc. 4002 Nelson Global 4007 PRATT Industries The review indicates that the]UPS are adequate to meet the minimum requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0916 and 40 CFR 403.8 (f)(1)(iii). The current allocation table is maintained in the Division's database. Within 180 days of the effective date of any reissued or modified NPDES permit the permittee would be required to submit to the Division a written technical evaluation of the need to revise local limits (i.e., an updated IWS, or documentation of why one is not needed). This action may include revising, updating, or adding to the list of Significant Industrial Users (SIUs). Pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0907(b) either the Division or the permittee may initiate pretreatment program revisions.
