1 failed to maintain >24" freeboard due to equipment malfunctions and rain; freeboard was 12.0" on 09128/24; recovered to 24.0" on 10/07/24; at 27.6" on 10/08/24
2 failed to maintain >24" freeboard due to equipment malfunctions and rain; freeboard was 21.6" on 09/23/24; at 21.6" on 10/08/24
3 failed to maintain >24" freeboard due to equipment malfunctions and rain; freeboard was 19.8" on 09/17/24; recovered to 24.0" on 09/17/24; at 26.4" on 10/08/24
4 failed to maintain >24" freeboard due to equipment malfunctions and rain; freeboard was 16.8" on 09/17/24; recovered to 24.0" on 10/03/24; at 25.2" on 10/08/24
July, August and September rainfall = 36.04"
Pond 1 action - final claifier malfunction repaired.
Pond 2 action - new, stronger transfer pump on order to maintain correct freeboard.
Evap condenser leaks sending extra water through WWTP, process was shutdown on 8/2/24 due to leaks, hasn't restarted as of 10/08/24, repairs pending.
Irrigation efforts increased as weather and grass cut/removal permits.
