Dear Nathaniel,
Please rescind Septic Permit WQ0039266 for 422 West Hardaway Trail, New Hill, NC 27562. That
was the original permit for this property obtained by the developer. We had the property re-evaluated
and were able to install a county septic system. Our county permit number is PREH2018018593.
Therefore, there is no longer a need for permit WQ0039266.
Thank you!
Rich

Good afternoon Rich,
Thank you for your call just now. Please send a brief email to Nathaniel Thornburg (copied here)
requesting rescission of permit WQ0039266 with an explanation why. Once we receive your
rescission request we’ll ask the Regional Office for their input and then either approve or deny the
request based on both our findings.
Have a great rest of the week, and stay dry!
