The City of Havelock (P.O. Box 368, Havelock, NC
28532) has requested an amended Special Order by Remodeling, ni
Consent (SOC) No. S19-002 Ad II for its Havelock
Collection System.The City was unable to consistently flooring, plu

extension to the final completion date and expiration
date established in the existing SOC. This Order hand'

The Environmental Management Commission
proposes to issue the Order per Article 21 of Chapter
143, N.C. General Statutes, and other regulations - -w --.
effective October 1,2024.
Compliance with this Order requires upgrades and o_,
rehabilitation to sewer lines, manholes and lift fil -

stations. The City of Havelock shall comply with the
collection system permit conditions and limits with `. `i
