The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on September 24, 2024. Survey results submitted on your behalf by Curtis Barwick requested an extension
of the sludge survey requirement for the lagoon at the Lafeyette L-6 facility. Due to the amount of treatment volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed
for Lagoon L-6 until December 31, 2028.

The next sludge survey for Lagoon Lafeyette L-6 should be performed before December 31, 2028. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
