The bar screens at headworks station.
Cause or Reason for the Upset/Spill/Bypass:
Bar screens had faulted out due to heavy flows from Tropical storm Debby causing water to spill over and get
into the storm drain.
Describe the Repairs Made or Actions Taken:
Had to reset bar screen to collect rags on screen to allow flow to pass through.
Action Taken to Contain Spill, Clean Up and Remediate the Site (if applicable):
Due to heavy rainfall, there was no action taken to clean up the spill.

We made sure to have Scada system open to check for bar screen alarms.
