Thank you for allowing Countryside Manor the opportunity to respond to the Notice of Violation dated September 25,
2024; received September 30, 2024.Our response below is in regard to the frequency violations cited for the July 2024
monitoring period.
The facility's permit requires the collection of pH, Dissolved Oxygen, and Temperature samples once per week. For the
week of Sunday, June 30 to Saturday, July 6, these samples were collected on June 30, ensuring compliance with the
weekly sampling requirement. However, this data was unintentionally omitted from the June 2024 report, which led to the
cited violation for July. The June report has now been revised and resubmitted to accurately reflect the sample collection,
with the aim of resolving the monitoring violation for July.
We appreciate your consideration of these circumstances and are available to provide any additional information that may
be helpful in reviewing this matter. It is always our goal to remain in compliance with regulations set forth by the Division
of Water Resources. It is our request that our cooperation and action in these matters be taken into account by the Division
when proceeding with enforcement.
