Closeout document from the Town of Southern Pines. It should have the project name, E&SC ID number,
and the closeout termination language.
On the NOT Certification Form, the legally responsible organizational entity should be Moore HL
Properties Inc. and the legally responsible person should be Travis Greene. Either have Travis Greene
sign the NOT Certification Form and submit the eNOT, or a delegated individual from the Moore HL
Properties Inc. to print their name and title on the "Print Name and Title of Signed if Authorized" line of the
NOT Certification Form, sign the form using an original wet signature, and upload the updated NOT
Certification form.
