This inspection included a review of the July 2024 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), tour of the Staged Turbulent Air Reactor (STAR) and a visual inspection of Outfalls 001, 002, 002a, 005a and 005b. The July 2024 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) was spot checked for accuracy with no discrepancies found. The current permit was set to expire on March 31, 2024. A renewal application has been submitted and the existing permit will remain effective until a new permit is issued. James Herring is the ORC with Mike Graham, Bradley Mayhew and Eric Stroupe as the Backup ORC's.
