Project Narrative
September 26,2024
This project includes the construction of three new industrial buildings totaling approximately 594,300 sq.
ft.,three new public roads, and supporting site infrastructure.
All three buildings will be served by private 8"gravity sewer mains that will connect to new public 8"
gravity sewer mains located on site. The public gravity sewer from Buildings 1A and 1B will flow to public
lift station#1. Lift station#1 will pump wastewater via a 2.5"force main to a new public 8"gravity sewer
that will then flow to lift station#2. Building 2 and a future phase will connect to the public gravity sewer
upstream of lift station#2. Lift station#2 will pump wastewater via a 4"force main to an existing gravity
sewer manhole located at US 29.
Summary of sewer infrastructure to be permitted:
Private permit:
632 linear feet of 8"gravity sewer main
Public permit:
1951 linear feet of 8"gravity sewer main
Lift station#1 with an operating point of 57 gpm at 60 TDH and 971 linear feet of 2.5"force main
Lift station#2 with an operating point of 103 gpm at 75 TDH and 3890 linear feet of 4"force main
Total wastewater flow generated by project:
Building 1A:
46 docks x 100 gpd/dock=4600 gpd
102 employees x 25 gpd/employee=2550 gpd
Building 113:
34 docks x 100 gpd/dock=3400 gpd
61 employees x 25 gpd/employee=1525 gpd
Building 2:
54 docks x 100 gpd/dock=5400 gpd
135 employees x 25 gpd/employee=3375 gpd
Total wastewater flow to be permitted=20850 gpd
Future Phase:
150 docks x 100 gpd/dock=15000 gpd
351 employees x 25 gpd/employee=8775 gpd
Future flows(not being permitted at this time)=23775 gpd
Total wastewater flow generated by project=44625 gpd

I Jason H. Wilson, PE certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of
the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity
related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving
treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements
identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance
with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to
those items listed above in Sections I and 11 plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I
am the responsible party. Signature of this form certifies that the receiving collection system or treatment
works has adequate capacity to transport and treat the proposed new wastewater.
