US Army Corp Jurisdictional Determination PROJECT NARRATIVE New Life Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, Inc is proposing to construct a new 41,680 sq- ft sanctuary with a planned capacity of 1,000 seats. The sewer design flow is based on 3 gal/day/seat or 3,000 gpd, with no kitchen. The facility is planning to install a 968-ft private 8-in sewer line utilizing 8 manholes to connect the church to the public sewer line located on Pegwell Avenue in Concord, NC. The project Location is shown on Attachment II. The project has an approved erosion control plan for full site construction including the sewer line construction area. The facility has approval from the NCDOT and the City of Concord for site construction. The facility has a Wetlands Jurisdiction Determination (JD) from the US Army Corps of Engineers. The site construction does not encroach into the wetland areas.
