As Bethany mentioned,we need to suspend "Outfall: C07"and we will input data for both C06&C07 on "Outfall: C06" report sheet. "Outfall: C17" is the outfall that no longer exists on our site and either needs to be deleted or suspended for the remainder of the permit cycle. I have attached a screenshot of the list of outfalls from the eDMR website for reference. 1 Ot.tFalll CAS-LocatKn:ffF!-ilv — OolF#II;C47-Lacahea:E:.••: Orrdall;CW•Laei &A;Mdnt owdalll C13 La atl ; Modest OULFall I CIA-LrxatKM L ER bd*Pt bUffilll:CA.?-LIXAN!n:5fl;&J it r Please let me know if there is anythingfurther I can assist with. It should begin with NCG followed by 6 unique digits. Thanks, Mrs.Brittany Cook NPDES Stormwater General Permit Coordinator Stormwater Program, Division of Energy,Mineral, and Land Resources N.C. For#1,the best thing to do is probablyjust put a monitoring suspension on either C6 or C7, and then the facility would just enter data for one of the outfalls going forward. We will need to know what those outfalls are named exactly in eDMR(normally outfall numbers follow the convention 001,002,etc.),and which outfall you all want to report the combined discharge on from now on. (We can't eliminate any outfalls until the permit is renewed in the next cycle because data exists in the system for both those outfalls during this cycle. The eDMR system doesn't let you delete outfalls for which there was prior data.) For#2,we need to know what C17 is called in the eDMR system, and if data was ever entered for that outfall. If it was not entered during this permit cycle,we can remove it, but otherwise we just have to put a suspension on in for the rest of this permit cycle. I've copied Brittany Cook, our General Permits coordinator, who should be able to help with this. Good Morning Bethany, I logged into the eDMR system to upload our most recent results and have a couple corrections that need to be made. 3 1. Outfalls C6 and C7 are being sampled together, as the two pipes come together as a single outlet point. Currently we are inputting duplicate data for C6 and C7. 2. C17 no longer exists at our facility. It was merged with C5's outfall somewhere around 2017. If you could please remove this outfall from our input list. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you very much for your time and consideration. Thankyou, Aubrey Meadows NGK Ceramics USL Inc.
