Good evening, I am the engineer that has taken over this project. Please make me the engineering point of contact for future correspondence and remove Chastain email recipients. I am lookingfor some clarification on outstanding items. Jim Farkas provided the attached "Add Info 2-14-24"to state the deficiencies with the application and design. All of these comments were addressed and uploaded. They can be found in "NC Stormwater—Supplemental Information Upload". For clarification, I will list his comment number and the upload that responds to it. 1. A notice from him, nothing to upload 2. Design Calculations were submitted to show the new design, and the SCM Plan Set was uploaded that reflects this design 3. Soils report was uploaded that shows the information they requested, and the SCM Plan Set details show the remainder of the requested information 4. The modifications were made, and the revised Supplemental EZ form was uploaded 5. Statement that these files need to be uploaded, nothing additional to upload 6. Items were mailed in, and PDFs were uploaded.Additionally, there was a "Comments Response" letter uploaded stating that they had been addressed. My question is,what additional information is the application lacking if all these comments from Jim's request for additional information were addressed? I would greatly appreciate a list of outstanding items so that we can get them addressed to finalize this permit. Regards, Darion George, P.E.
