Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training
records and inspection records. The annual certification was not completed for the current year due to a change of vendor.
The annual certifications have been during the month of September, previously. No issues were observed at the facility or

Comment: Amazon recently changed stormwater support vendors. It was previously ERM; and the
contract for 2024-2027 was awarded to APTIM. APTIM has provided a SWPPP to Amazon that
is currently undergoing the change management approval process. It is still in draft form but will
be provided to the facility by the end of October 2024.
