THIRD TRACT: This lot adjoins the lots of Charles Cameron and D.H. McGill and
Town of Vass. Beginning at an iron stake, the dividing corner between property owned

proposed Street, N. 36° 00' E. 54 feet to a point in the center of the proposed street, the
same being Charles Cameron's northwest corner of his home lot; thence, with his
southeast line N.68° 00'E. 100 feet to the beginning,containing 7,100 square feet.
,EXCEPTIONS: There is excepted from the hereinabove described real property
those certain tracts conveyed prior to the date hereof by Grantor including but not
limited to, those tracts more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 1151
Page 323.
