Salisbury Street, Office 625Y Raleigh, NC 27604 RE: Request for Additional Information Stormwater Permit No. SW6240301 Ambrosia Farm Phase 1 Harnett County In response to review comments provided on 08/13/2024, I am providing the following comment responses: 1. Please correct the following issues with the Application: a. Section IV, 8, 10: 140,273 SF/640,844 SF = 22.2%. Please revise package as needed. SREG Response:The impervious percentage has been corrected throughout the package to reflect 22.2%. However,for clarification, 22.2% is correct but the total site area in the comment's equation is 640,844 and that is incorrect.The site area is 630,844. 2. Please correct the following issues with the Supplement-EZ Form: a. Low Density Page, Line 4: Please provide. This should correspond to the side slopes of the swales provided in the swales table on this sheet. If there are multiple side slopes, this can be listed in line 15. SREG Response:The side slopes of the swales (4:1) have been added to the low-density page of the Supplement-EZ form as requested. b. Low Density Page, Line 11: It appears conveyance swales were used, please revise to No, as treatment swales are an SCM that must meet Treatment Swale MDCs. SREG Response: Line 11 has been revised to No. 3. Please correct the following issues with the O&M Agreement Form: a. Only the cover page was provided.The entire O&M Agreement needs to be provided and recorded with the register of deeds. This is required per 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2)(j). SREG Response: All 3 pages of the O&M Agreement Form have been included with this submittal. 4. 15A NCAC 02H.1003(2)(k): Deed restrictions and protective covenants are required to ensure the project will be maintained in perpetuity consistent with the approved plans and specifications. Please provide a copy of the proposed deed restrictions and protective covenant language along with a signed agreement to provide the final record versions The response to comment letter indicated this had been provided with this submittal but could not be located within the hard copy or electronic copy of the package. SREG Response: Deed restrictions have been provided as a part of this submittal. 5. Please provide a response to comments letter indicating, in a point-by-point manner, how each of the above comments has been addressed. SREG Response:This letter will serve as the response to comments letter for this submittal.
