a plat of which is recorded in Book of Plats 99, Page 8, Cumberland County Registry, North Carolina, to
which plat specific reference is hereby made for a complete and accurate description of the property.
No excise tax is payable on this transfer,because this is a conveyance by a corporation to a limited liability company whose sole
member is a shareholder of the corporation,and is made in connection with the dissolution of the corporation and the distribution
of its assets.

The Property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book 4109, Page 221, Cumberland County
Public Registry.
A map showing the above described Property is recorded in Plat Book 56 page 93.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid Property and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee
simple.
The Grantor makes no warranty, express or implied,as to title to the Property hereinabove described.
