The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received and accepted a State Stormwater Management
Permit Application for the subject project on June 5th, 2024 and requested additional information on August
30th, 2024.A review of the file and delivery logs indicates that, as of this date,the information requested on
August 30th, 2024 has not been received in this Office within the stipulated timeframe. Per Division policy and
the requirements of Title 15A NCAC 02H .1042(3)(a)(ii)of the Stormwater Management Rules,this Office is
hereby returning the subject application as incomplete.The application fee has been forfeited and new fee will
need to be provided if you choose to resubmit this application in the future.

not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition. Please provide the following
submittal items by close of business 6/7/24 so that we may accept the project and begin the review process, otherwise,
the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.

NOTE:This is an administrative completeness review, not a detailed engineering review, there may be other issues that
may be brough up during the engineering review.

Good Afternoon,
We received your application for a new post-construction stormwater permit on 3/7/24. At this time, the submission is
not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition. Please provide the following
submittal items within 30 calendar days (by close of business 4/11/24) so that we may accept the project and begin the
review process, otherwise, the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.
• 2x hard copies (one original) of the deed restriction document(This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1003(7),
15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(k), and Sections VI, 2 &VII). More information can be found on our website:

• 2x signed &sealed hard copies of a plan sheet showing the following corrected additions:
o Landscape plan.This item is required by the MDCs for Infiltration Systems, Bioretention Cells, Wet
Ponds, and Stormwater Wetlands and per 15A NCAC 02H .1051, .1052, .1053, & .1054.
Please only provide the revised page.
NOTE:This is an administrative completeness review, not a detailed engineering review, there may be other issues that
may be brough up during the engineering review.
If these items are received within the stipulated timeframe, we can accept the project and begin the review process.
Once accepted, reviews under the standard permitting process can take up to 90 calendar days per statute (one of our
two reviewer positions is currently vacant).
