The Division of Water Resources (Division)received your sludge survey information on
September 24, 2024. With the survey results,you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for lagoon#2(Old) at S & T Howard Farms, Inc facility. Due to the amounts of
treatment volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until
December 31, 2028 for lagoon #2(01d) only.
The next sludge survey for lagoon#2(Old) at S & T Howard Farms, Inc should be performed
before December 31, 2028. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for
reference.
