The Division of Water Resources (Division)received your sludge survey information on
September 24, 2024. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for lagoon#2 at Shady Branch Properties, LLC—Quwhiffle facility. Due to the
amounts of treatment volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed
until December 31, 2027 for lagoon#2 only.
The next sludge survey for lagoon#2 at Shady Branch Properties, LLC - Quwhiffle should be
performed before December 31, 2027. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records
for reference.
