The Division of Water Resources (Division)received your sludge survey information on
September 24, 2024. With the survey results,you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for the lagoon at J&M Hog Farm, Inc facility. Due to the amounts of treatment
volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31,
2028.
The next sludge survey for the lagoon at J&M Hog Farm, Inc should be performed before
