The Division of Water Resources (Division)received your sludge survey information on
September 24, 2024. With the survey results,you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for the lagoon at Melvin Nursery#1 facility. Due to the amounts of treatment
volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31,
2026.
The next sludge survey for the lagoon at Melvin Nursery#1 should be performed before
December 31, 2026. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
