HomeMy WebLinkAboutNCG021018_POM_20241007 Pumping and Operation Maintenance Plan for Cutler Mine (07-63) Pumping is only proposed to occur on a twice-a-year basis, at maximum,to replenish stockpile areas with material. Pump will be floated above the bottom of the mine pit to prevent intake of sediment. Pump will discharge into a flat ditch acting as a level spreader, and as water overtops the Level spreader, will sheet flow into through approximately 100 feet of adjacent riparian vegetation before entering surface waters. Wastewater sampling will occur at the corner of the property adjacent to Camp Leach Road on a quarterly basis, as prescribed in the NCG02 permit.
