If you're asking us to do more than just update the email contact for the billing person,we need more information.

A change in legally responsible person requires the attached form be completed and signed (you can email us a
scan copy, but the hard copy must be mailed in).This is an EPA requirement because it is a change to the person
legally responsible for the permit.
For the site contact,we also need title, organization, mailing address, and phone number.
For billing contact,we also need a phone number.
When we have all these items,we will be able to make the updates.

Our NCG01 permit records can only have (1) responsible official email, (1) site contact email, and (1) billing
contact email.
Unfortunately we cannot add four email addresses to be sent billing notices at this time. Please let Tev know

Good afternoon,
As previously discussed,these are the options. If your business is still doing land disturbance at the property site,
then pay for the invoice. If your business is not doing land disturbance activity at the project site,then have a close
out inspection completed by the erosion and sediment control authority and submit a notice of termination. If your
business has transferred authorityto another developer and they are conducting land disturbance activities the
new developer will have to submit an e-NOI to obtain their own Certificate of Coverage. Once they have a
certificate of coverage issued,then you can submit a Notice of Termination citing a sale and the new Certificate of
Coverage.
